Notice of application for a new premises licence
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Shelly Dolan to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for A NEW PREMISES LICENCE in respect of Wombwell Main Community and Sports Association, Windmill Road, Wombwell, Barnsley, S73 8PW on the following terms:
- Provision of plays indoors - seven days a week 5pm to 12am.
- Provision of indoor sporting events - seven days a week 12pm to 12am.
- Provision of live music indoors and outdoors - seven days a week 12pm to 12am.
- Provision of recorded music indoors and outdoors - seven days a week 12pm to 12am (extended to 2am the following morning on Christmas Eve, Boxing day and New Years Eve).
- Supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises: seven days a week from 10am until 12am (extended to 2am the following morning on Christmas Eve, Boxing day and New Years Eve).
- Hours premises are open to the public: Seven days a week from 7am until 12am.

Notes:
- Its an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
