Notice of application to vary a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Vogue Barnsley Limited to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to VARY A PREMISES LICENCE in respect of:
- Vogue, 39 Peel Street, Barnsley, S70 2RJ.
on the following terms:
- Provision of live and recorded music and anything of a similar description indoors; Provision of late night refreshment for consumption indoors and outdoors: Sunday to Thursday from 11pm until 11:30pm, Friday and Saturday from 11pm until 4:30am (the following morning).
- Supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises: Sunday to Thursday from 10am until 11:30pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am until 4:30am (the following morning).
- Hours premises are open: Sunday to Thursday from 10am until 12am, Friday and Saturday from 10am until 5am (the following morning).
- Non-standard timings for recorded music, anything of a similar description, late night refreshment, supply of alcohol and opening times: two additional hours after the terminal hours on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and every Sunday preceding Bank Holiday Monday.
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 10 December 2024.

- It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
