Notice of application for a new premises licence
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by DWILSON Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of Vault 27, 27 Church Street, Barnsley, S70 2AH on the following terms:
- Provision of live music, indoors, Wednesday to Saturday from 8:30am until 11pm.
- Provision of recorded music, indoors.
- Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Wednesday from 6:30pm until 11pm, Thursday to Saturday from 2pm until 11pm, Sunday from 2pm until 9pm.
- Hours premises are open to the public same as above.
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 24 February 2025.

Notes:
- Its an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
