Notice of application to vary a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by TNT Enterprises Limited to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for A NEW A PREMISES LICENCE in respect of
- The Silkstone, Park Road, Barnsley, S70 1YG
on the following terms:
- Live and Recorded Music Indoors: Sunday - Thursday 11am until 12pm (midnight)
- Live and Recorded Music Indoors: Friday - Saturday 11am until 1am (next day)
The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:
- Sunday - Thursday: 11am until 12pm (midnight)
- Friday - Saturday 11am until 1am (next day)
The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, in the non-standard timings as follows:
- Sundays proceeding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 11am until 1am (next day)
Premises to remain open to the public:
- Sunday - Thursday from 11am until 12pm (midnight)
- Friday – Saturday from 11am until 1am (next day)
The Premises will remain open to the public during non-standard timings as follow:
- Sundays proceeding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 11am until 1am (next day)
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 25 September 2024.
