Notice of application to vary a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by The Salt House Group Limited to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to VARY A PREMISES LICENCE in respect of:
- The Salt House, The Glass Works, Barnsley, S70 1GW
on the following terms - amending conditions of licence to the following:
- A minimum of two SIA-registered door security to be employed at the following times: Friday 6pm to close; Saturday 1pm to close; Bank Holiday Sundays 1pm to close; Boxing Day 1pm to close;
- Registered SIA door supervisor/s will be employed at the premises during any large-scale events such as Barnsley Live, Pride and Barnsley FC football games, when a risk assessment will be undertaken to determine the numbers of door supervisors required. The requirement for such security at any other time to be risk assessed by the Designated Premises Supervisor or member of the management team.
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 10 September 2024.

Notes:
- It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
