Notice of application to vary a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Fiona Stephenson to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a PREMISES LICENCE in respect of:
- Spiral City, 26-30 The Arcade, Barnsley S70 2QN
on the following terms:
- The exhibition of films indoors, 7 days a week from 10am until 11pm live music indoors, 7 days a week from 10am until 12am.
- Recorded music, indoors, Sunday to Thursday from 10am until 12am, Friday to Saturday from 10am until 2am the following morning.
- Non standard timings for recorded music indoors to match the permitted hours for the supply of alcohol.
- Activities similar to live and recorded music, indoors, 7 days a week from 10am until 12am
- The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Sunday to Thursday from 10am until 12am, Friday to Saturday from 10am until 2am the following morning,
- Non standard timings for the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, St Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, St George's Day, Halloween and Bank Holidays Recorded music will be permitted until 2am the following morning
- The premises to remain open to the public whenever the premises are open for the supply of alcohol

1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false Statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
