Notice of application for a new premises licence
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Mr Muhammed Javed to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for A NEW PREMISES LICENCE in respect of:
- Raja, 68 Summer Lane, Barnsley, S70 2NW
on the following terms:
- Provision of late night refreshment for consumption off the premises: seven days a week from 11pm until 3am (the following morning); extended until 4am (following morning) on bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve.
- Opening hours: seven days a week from 4pm until 3am (the following morning); extended until 4am (following morning) on bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve.
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 19 August 2024.
