NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Horman and Locke Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a PREMISES LICENCE in respect of:
- Old Tailors, 3 Regent Street, Barnsley S70 2EG.
On the following terms:
- Live and recorded music indoors, activities similar to live and recorded music indoors, Monday to Thursday from 11am until 11pm, Friday to Saturday from 11am until 12am, Sundays from 11am until 10pm
- Non standard timings for live and recorded music, Christmas Eve and New Years’ Eve from 11am until 12.30am the following morning.
- The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Thursday from 11am until 11pm, Friday to Saturday from 11am until 12am, Sundays from 11am until 10pm.
- Non standard timings for the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Christmas Eve and New Years’ Eve from 11am until 12:30am the following morning.
- The premises to remain open to the public for 30 minutes after the last licensable activity.

1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false Statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
