Notice of application for a new premises licence

Notice is hereby given that application has been made by The Committee, Carlton Village Working Men’s Club to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for A NEW PREMISES LICENCE in respect of:

  • Carlton Village Working Mens Club, 8 Crookes Lane, Carlton, Barnsley, S71 3JT

on the following terms:

  • Live and recorded Music Indoors and out, Sunday to Thursday 10am until 12am, Friday to Saturday 10am until 1am (next day).
  • Performance of dance indoors, Sunday to Thursday 10am until 12am, Friday to Saturday 10am until 1am (next day).
  • The provision of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:
    • Sunday to Thursday 10am until 12am, Friday to Saturday 10am until 1am (next day)
    • Non-standard timings for licensable activities: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Bank Holiday.
    • Sundays and Mondays from 10am until 1am (next day) New Years’ Eve from 10am until 2.30am (next day).
    • The premises will remain open to the public for 30 minutes from the terminal hour for licensable activities.

Notes:

  1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
