Change a licensed premises name

If a licensed premises changes its name, the licence holder must tell us as soon as they can.

Fees

There's a fee of £10.50 to change a premises name.

How to apply

You need to tell us about the change of name if the premises is within our licensing area. You can report a change of premises name and pay the fee using our online form.

What happens next

After reporting the change of premises name we'll process this within 10 working days. We'll update the premises licence and email/post this to you.
