Notice of variation of a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Craft Union Pub Company Limited to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the premises licence in respect of:
- Spread Eagle, Market Street, Penistone, S36 6BZ
on the following terms:
- Amendment to premises plan internal layout with changes to the bar servery and removal of a section of wall.
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 10 March 2025.
