Notice of variation of a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Whitbread Group plc to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the premises licence in respect of:
- Barnsley (Dearne Valley) Premier Inn at Meadow Gate, Valley Park Industrial Estate, Wombwell, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S73 0UN
on the following terms:
- Variation to change the internal layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
- Application to advance the opening hours for non-licensable activities to 7am daily.
- Alterations to non-standard timings for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day to bring this in lined with normal terminal hour for sale of alcohol
- An extension of 1 hour on New Years Eve on the current authorised hours.
