The Barnsley Mental Health Partnership (MHP) was formed by the Health and Wellbeing Board. It aims to drive improvements in mental health across the borough.
It brings together leaders from across Barnsley who work to improve mental health and wellbeing for all. It has a system-wide focus on the prevention of the onset of mental health problems. It also makes sure services are able to meet the needs of people with mental ill health with empathy and compassion.
The report is a snapshot of the key achievements. It uses case studies to show the importance of the work of all partners.
