AA Global provide our BSL interpretation service. You can request a video call back from a member of our customer service team with a BSL interpreter. You can find out how to do this on our BSL video relay service webpage.
SMS text service for Deaf people or those who have a hearing impairment
You can use SMS text messaging to contact us about Council Tax or benefits.
Send a text to 07984 404029 including your name, address and details of your enquiry. For example: 'John Smith, 12 Green Street. What date do I need to pay my Council Tax?'
