Over the festive period there will be some changes to usual bin collection days, so your bin may be emptied on an earlier or later date instead.

Please make sure you put your bin out at the kerb side before 6am on your amended collection day.

Garden waste (green bin) collections
There are no collections of green bins during December, January and February. You can leave your garden waste in your green bin or take it to one of our household waste recycling centres.
Missed bin collections
If there's been a problem and we've missed the bins on your street, please check our list of known disruptions and what you should do. If just your own bin hasn't been emptied, you can report a missed bin online.
Your Christmas recycling
Please recycle as much of your Christmas waste as you can by using your recycling bins and visiting our recycling centres. Find out what you can put in each bin.
Our household waste recycling centres are open every day over the Christmas period except Christmas Day (25 December), Boxing Day (26 December) and New Year's Day (1 January).
