NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named Order has come into force.
The Order provides for the diversion of part of public footpath 18 Thurgoland which commences at a point 14 metres east of its junction with Smithy Hill at grid reference 2908 / 0114 and proceeds generally south east and north east for a distance of 76 metres to a point to the rear of 98 Fir Tree at grid reference 2913 / 0116 ONTO a new line which commences at the same point 14 metres east of Smithy Hill at grid reference 2908 / 0114 and proceeds generally south east then north east to grid reference 2913 / 0117 for a distance of 65 metres, as shown on the order map.
