(BARNSLEY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION)
ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. 11) ORDER 2024
The above named Order will come into effect on 26 August 2024 and will prohibit vehicles waiting and loading/unloading at any time on both sides of the whole length of Keresforth Close and on part of both sides of Keresforth Court, prohibit vehicles stopping for any purpose 8am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays on part of the south east/east side of Keresforth Close on either side of the un-named access road to the new Academy site and prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on part of both sides of the un-named access road into the Academy site.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 23 August 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
