THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY (BARNSLEY SOUTH EAST AREA)
(TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO.12) ORDER 2025
The above-named Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2025 and will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on part of the south eastern side of Hough Lane at Wombwell on either side of its junction with Midland Way and on both sides of Midland Way from its junction with Hough Lane for 10 metres.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you must before 14 April 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
