It is proposed to change the extents of the existing no waiting at any time restrictions for vehicles on parts of both sides of Higham Common Road and Hermit Lane at Higham, and to prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on part of both sides of the proposed new un-named access road forming the western arm of the new Higham Common Road roundabout.
