The above-named order will come into effect on 2 December 2024 and will reduce the speed limit to 50 miles per hour on A61 Sheffield Road, Birdwell from a point 60 metres north east of its junction with the north eastern kerb line of Balk Farm Court to a point 84 north west of its junction with the north western kerb line of Worsbrough Road.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may apply to the High Court before 10 January 2025 for this purpose.
