We’re delighted to recognise Target Information Systems for its excellence in employee health and wellbeing with our Be Well @ Work award.
Target Information Systems is a Barnsley-based business that provides bespoke software solutions to clients across the UK and internationally.
The silver award was presented by Kathy McArdle, Service Director for Regeneration and Culture at Barnsley Council.
The award shows the commitment from organisations across the borough to creating and maintaining healthy workplaces.
Some of the highlights for Target Information Systems include their family first policy, commitment to mental health support and flexible working practices.
Matt O’Neill, Executive Director for Growth and Sustainability, praised the people-centred approach of Target Information Systems.
He said: "This achievement is a shining example of how a small business can make a big difference in the lives of their employees.

“Their work shows what’s possible when an innovative SME puts people at the heart of the business.”
