The votes have been counted for Barnsley’s local elections, which took place across the UK on Thursday 2 May 2024.
The total eligible electorate for Barnsley was 186,249.
44,967 people voted, 24,129 were postal votes, resulting in a total of 24.14% turnout for the borough.
