Work is underway on the development of the Seam Digital Campus - Phase 1. 

In preparation for this scheme and to inform the work required, ground investigation works will commence on Monday 15 July for three weeks. This will mean the Seam Lower car park will be closed to all users.

Future works are also expected to start in early 2025 and the Lower Seam car park will be closed for the duration of these works. You can find out more about the future works in our news article.
