What's Your Move Walk Through Autumn banner

Join in and walk through autumn!

This year the theme is 'walk together'. We're encouraging everyone to put some walking into their everyday lives this autumn and encourage others to do the same.

Walking is a great way to get active and has lots of benefits for our physical and mental health. There's lots of organised activities to try and lots of beautiful places to walk in Barnsley.

Could you add some walking into your journey to work or walk on your lunch break? Maybe you could walk to school or walk to a local park at the weekend.

Take a look at the events below to see how you can get involved.

Hope to see you out walking soon!
