More move for good health
When we think about being active and moving, it's all too easy to start thinking it has to be something big like going to a gym or running a marathon. But it doesn’t have to be those things. Whilst those things are great for some people, being active and moving more means different things to different people. The important thing is that being active and moving is right for you and is something you enjoy and that fits into your lifestyle.
Being active can be whatever you want it to be and it doesn’t have to include hours of sweating for it to have huge benefits, like feeling more energetic, sleeping better, being more confident, improved mood and generally feeling happy. As long as it gets your heart beating a bit faster and makes you breathe a bit harder than it all counts.
