Refer yourself or your child to us

We use a 'self referral' process and accept referrals from young people, and parents or carers.

Schools, nurseries, colleges and other health, education and social care partners should advise the parent, carer or young person to refer themselves where we can.

Sometimes it may best for a professional to make contact with us. It will be on behalf of the parent carer or young person. We'll act upon such requests only on the full understanding that consent has been given by the parent carer or young person.

We aim to respond to referrals within five working days.
