Getting to the park
If you’re travelling by car, you can access the park off the B6131 behind the Co-op supermarket. The park doesn’t have its own car park, but there is a public car park at the main entrance that serves the shops on Church Street.
The A637 main Barnsley Road also allows vehicular access for events.
There are plenty of buses that stop near the park.
Bus numbers 1, 93, 93a, and 95/95a stop by the All Saints Church while the 96, 96a, 97 and 97a stop at the health centre across the road from the park, Bus number 1 is the most frequent, being every 10mins.
If you’re catching the train, the park is about 300m from the station, under the bridge on the left hand side. Trains run hourly between Leeds and Nottingham.
