About Market Kitchen

Market Kitchen is a meet and eat place for individuals, families and groups of friends. It's a key part of Barnsley Markets at the heart of The Glass Works. 

You'll find Market Kitchen on the first floor of the new market hall. It has a terrace with outdoor seating and views across the public square.

Market Kitchen provides customers with up to 11 food outlets and a bar, offering a variety of delicious foods. There's a large dining area and shared seating for over 500 people. You can take a look at our current food and drink outlets on our Market Kitchen webpage.

As well as providing a great range of tasty foods, Market Kitchen prides itself on its 'from the market to the plate' ethos. Where possible, food outlets are encouraged to source ingredients directly from the market or from local providers. This helps to sustain our local economy.
