Trade at Barnsley indoor market

Barnsley indoor market has stalls to let on a permanent basis. They trade six days a week - Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 4pm.

We have a limited number of stalls available. Priority will be given to applications to sell goods or services not already on offer in the market.

The stalls are let on a commercial lease which runs for seven years with a six month break clause.

Rents in the market are £31 per square foot with a service charge of £13 per square foot. All water, gas and electric is separately metered and recharged. All stalls are rated individually for business rates, which are the responsibility of the tenant.
