Harrals application to vary a premises licence

Notice of application for a new premises licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Sangha Retail Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a premises licence in respect of Harrals, 32 Eldon Street, Barnsley, S70 2JB on the following terms:

• Amendment of the premises plan to include new sitting area.

• Moving toilets.

• Exit to Victorian Arcade for emergency use only.

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by 28 April 2025.
