You can use your online library account to:

• Search the catalogue for a book.
• Renew a loan for a book you've borrowed.
• Reserve a book that's already on loan, to borrow when it's been returned.

To login to your account you'll need your library card number and PIN. If you don't know your library PIN, find out how to get it below.

You need your library PIN to log into your online library account, or to use our eBooks, audiobooks and online magazines service.

If you don't know your library PIN, you can get it in the following ways:

• Use the 'forgot my PIN' option when logging into your library account. As long as we have your email address registered, we'll send you a recovery link.
• Visit a library branch.
• Contact us using one of the ways below.
