Staying active

Being active and taking regular exercise is one of the best ways to look after your health and wellbeing.

From going for a run or cycle, to swimming at one of our leisure centres, there's lots of ways to keep moving. Enjoy our parks and green spaces by going for a walk, or even doing a dance routine at home is great exercise!
