If your business rates account is in credit, we’ll refund the credit to the bank account you used to pay. We’ll only refund your credit if you don’t owe us any further amounts of business rates.
If you’ve not received an automatic refund, you can still claim a refund by completing our online form. We might need to do extra security checks to verify the bank account before refunding your credit balance.
