We have four household waste recycling centres (tips) in the Barnsley area. You can see where they are on our online map.
You need to have a pass, permit or to make a booking to use the recycling centres. Your pass or permit also allows you to use the recycling centres in Doncaster.
Certain types of waste are restricted at the sites. Find out what items you can take to the recycling centre.

The recycling centres are open every day apart from Christmas Day (25 December), Boxing Day (26 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January).
