You can send us evidence for Council Tax or a benefit claim by uploading copies using our online form.
If you've applied for support or benefits, you must provide evidence. You'll need to do this within one calendar month of the date you applied. When we receive your information we’ll work out how much you’re entitled to and contact you to let you know. This usually takes up to ten working days.
Select 'Send evidence' to upload copies of your documents. On the next page you need to choose 'Start new form'.

If we need to see original documents
If we've asked you to provide original documents (not copies) please contact us. We'll need to make you an appointment to come into one of our local offices to bring your evidence.
