Our priority is to help people in Barnsley to access all the care and support they need, at the right time and in the right place. We'll support you to tell us the things that are important to you, and work with you to find services and groups that will help you achieve your goals.
A great way of achieving your goals is getting help early or finding community groups, services or organisations to help you do this. You can find a service on Live Well Barnsley. Our vision for adult social care
We're working with residents, providers and carers to develop our vision for adult social care. Our Better Lives programme focuses on wellbeing, independence and community resilience, supporting people to live independently in their own home for as long as possible and ensuring those in need of our support have more say over the care they receive.
