An order has been made to introduce the below restrictions on Tankersley Lane from Church Lane to the M1 bridge, from 9 December 2024 for approximately one week:
- 40mph speed restriction on 9/10/12/13 December 2024.
- Road closure on 11 December 2024. An alternative route is available via Westwood New Road, Sheffield Road, Birdwell Roundabout, Olympus Way.
