The above-named order will come into effect on 21 April 2025 and will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on both sides of Newlands Way parts of Meadowgate and an unnamed access road off Meadowgate in Wombwell. Documents about the proposal are available to view on the council's web site and at the Library @ the Lightbox, 1 The Glass Works, Barnsley and The Branch Library, Station Road, Wombwell, Barnsley, during normal opening hours. If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that its not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you must before 30 May 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
