(EXPERIMENTAL TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2023

 

REMOVAL OF PARKING BAYS – LAMBRA ROAD

CHANGES TO LOADING BAY – MIDLAND STREET

Notice is hereby given that the parking bays and the loading bay on the north eastern side of Lambra Road have been removed. Both sides of Lambra Road for its full length will be subject to prohibition of waiting and loading/unloading at any time on any day.

Also, the hours of operation of the existing loading bay on the western side of Midland Street which extends from a point 67 metres south of Eldon Street, southerly to a point 92 metres south of Eldon Street, have been extended to be available 24 hours on all days.

These changes will continue to be monitored during the trial period of the experimental order to assess the effectiveness of the restrictions and their impact on other roads in the area. It will then consider whether the measures should be continued in force permanently.
